I am sure there is another post about this however I am not accoustom to this board and don't know where the search is.  If I instal disc 1 to my x-box will I still have to switch discs or can I just run the game straight through with ME2 disc 2 in the drive??

This is the pc tech support not x-box, however to answer your question. no you still need to switch disk.
