"Headshot on Bosses give a 1.4 multiplier instead of 2.5. But this act as a cap so any bonus which shoulf enhance HS on bosses, do nothing against them"

this is actually very interesting.

guess that means for Javelin snipers to always take power damage instead. because Mooks cannot die twice.

Nah, Alfonse didn't make it very clear, I think. Most headshot bonuses still work. The ones that change the multiplier itself (like MM evo 5) do not.

oups, i should rephrase : the passive evos still work. I m not sure how i can deal with that

"Headshot on Bosses give a 1.4 multiplier instead of 2.5, thus whatever the gun. This value act as a cap on the HS multiplier so that pistol cranial trauma system and marksman HS evo do nothing against boss."

Maybe to be split in 2, and to be clear : targetting VI, passive 5B and vulnerability VI still work in the additive WDbonus

So do bonuses from gear and/or consumables. It's not gonna be easy to explain it in a couple lines...

Edit: ^ yeah, that sounds better.

so: don't spec for flamer on the Juggernaut ??

btw, I already wrote somewhere that the engineer turret has double shields according to tooltipps (unlike kalence)

Oops, I mean turret shields. Here's how it is in game files:

Both turret shields default to 500 + 0.3x500 if upgraded to rank 3.

Geth Engineer's was balanced to:
    <Section name="sfxgamecontentdlc_con_mp1.sfxpowercustomactionmp_gethsentryturret">
      <Property name="turretshields" type="0">(BaseValue=1000.0f,RankBonuses[2]=0.3f)</Property>
    </Section>
while the Juggy's was not. Most things late in the game weren't balanced because they supported it for like a week after it dropped.

1. Take hard cover when praetorian is lazoring or firing missiles, preferably away from the edge. Soft cover might not work.
2. Smash primes for biotic explosion through phantom and banshee's power blocking bubble.
3. Reave is the only power that will damage banshees, praetotians and phantoms through their bubble.

When dark channel switches the target after the original target has died it will not trigger power blocking bubbles of all kinds and even ignore those. Use this by casting it on a close by mook and directly killing it with your weapon to have it switch to e.g. the floating crab.

But I believe that Dark Channel will continue the DoT in case it was casted before the bubble (or was the reason for bubble up)

This is rather a question than a fact.

Regarding the damage again:

so on the Juggernaut you would recommend NOT to go until 6= flame thrower?

I mean, when I go to 5  or take evolution 6b it will do 1000 damage then??

I have specced my Juggy's turret for full shields (b/b/b)  what damage is it doing now?

Thanks.

I was talking about using the power when the bubble is up. You can case reave after a banshee puts her bubble up and still do damage.

I already thought so - I wasn't trying to disprove your statement

It was more like adding info and kinda asking a question at the same time ;-)

If you charge into an attack that would normally stagger you ( Banshee scream, Atlas Rocket etc.) at the right moment charge will bug out and you will get no cooldown allowing you to charge again immediatly.

Dragoons can not dodge projectile powers. The combat roll is just there for decoration.

I don't think that's true. I have seen Dragoons roll to evade Incinerate and Warp.

= = =

Also, no offense, but wouldn't everyone who DLs a modmaker for this game already know most of these tips? and/or know where to go (Cyonan's thread, etc.) to learn more?

BSN is a very small player base compared to my audience. My site gets over 35K views a month. My blog gets about 15K.

Projectile weapons (like the Geth Shotgun or the Graal) don't benefit from armor piercing mods.

Also, L2P scrub.

1)  Non-hitscan (warp, throw, grenades) powers force Phantoms to stop and use their defense bubble, buying you time to fall back or pick them off.

2) Sabotage can briefly stun small non-synthetic enemies.

3) When dropping down from ledges, dodge as soon you land to cancel the recovery animation.

Most BSNers will of course already know these things, i'm guessing most PuGs don't though...

You don't want to miss extraction! At the start of Wave 11, head to the extraction zone, stay there and do everything you can to keep it clear from enemies.

Try to conserve your missiles during objective waves so that you can use them in the beginning of Wave 11 to make the extraction a little easier for everyone.

Snipers are powerful characters but weak at close-range combat. Use powerful close-range abilities such as Multi-Frag Grenades, Flamer, Shockwave, Smash etc. liberally around your sniper teammates so that they can focus on what they do best.

Biotics are strong against armor but weak against shields, which naturally makes Disruptor Ammo the best choice for all biotic kits. If you have biotic teammates, you should try to help them by spraying your Disruptor Ammo on the targets they're trying to use their biotics on.

Power Recharge Speed is, perphaps, the most important statistic of your character, as it determines how effective you can be with your powers. If your recharge speed drops below 200%, you're severely gimping your character and putting your team at risk.
