One of my posts was pending review by a Moderator, I am now able to post threads as you can see, but my thread was very long that is pending review and for some reason it is not posted yet. Is this normal?

Yes. The mods are wack. Only the approved post is shown.

My original thread was posted in "Mass Effect: Andromeda" And it was my first post on the forums, but it was not posted after being able to post for a while now.

Likely because the mods didn't approve of that post. Why there's so many of them and it takes them a while to get around to it I dunno. But for you at least you were able to post quicker than I was. It took a few days of trying on my end.

Like I said. They didn't approve that post. But now if you want you can recreate the thread.

A tip I have come to do re forums.  If I type out a long or complex post I often will copy and past the content into a word doc or text file or something just before submitting.  If the board eats your post or something like the above happens you have a copy and do not have to retype.

What Beerfish said is a good idea basically. If something happens at least you don't have to retype.
