EA's (or any VG company's, for that matter) lawyers are smart enough to put the necessary clauses in the ToS that everybody has to click on to launch the software. On the one hand, everybody knows that no one reads the terms and conditions before clicking "I Agree." On the other, it isn't technically a legal excuse, since clicking on something without reading it is still agreeing to the terms.

There's a Red Foreman clause that states you will get banned if you cheat, come onto the official site and allude or admit to cheating, then complain about being punished or banned for outting yourself.

Ban or no Ban? Its a game and a game that has been broken and fixed back to broken again many times. Ergo, its a GAME. To satisfy the pure, clean and upstanding individuals in this world of FANTASY, maybe the devs can have the MIB go to everyones house that knowingly participated in any match wince an exploit was used and/or themselves was utilizing any exploit for the purpose of robbing the lifes bread out of the mouth of babes. Seriously, is it really that important? What happened to just enjoying relief from stress instead of adding to it?

 

People really need to get a grip on life around here!

I don't know how to do this glitch. And I don't care enough to find out. But I would have to do a hundred Perilous games just to cancel out all the XP I've lost from crashed to dashboard, failed host migrations, key glitches, Narnia... banning players after all that is pretty low.

And here I thought people were starting to get banned. I feel like if Bioware was gonna ban people they'd have to at least post a warning on the game itself. There's too many people that don't go on the forums and probably don't even know they exist. Also plz no ban  I'll be good I promise.

 

They would have to ban some people on PS4 leaderboard top 50 from what I have seen.  I saw one guy rocket up 12 promotes in 4 hours last night so the 3 that were with him must have been doing same.  Even going Peri NM....it still seems excessive.  

 

BW should focus on fixing whatever is causing that bug and then fix other things on the 'to do' list before allocating resources to track 'n ban.  Like any new challenges should track from patch release....

If you get the xp bug then enjoy it. Yes it will be patched. No you wont be banned. If your concern is how it affects leaderboards then i seriously recommend you rethink your priorities because leaderboard rank for this game means nothing other than how many hours youve put in.

Terms of Service and privacy clause is now on the MP entry point into the PS3 so you would have to agree to it whenever you enter into the MP. So I believe the warning shot has been fired.

So 4 threads about this get locked yesterday and yet someone still thinks it's a great idea to make yet another? The devs are clearly aware and are deciding what to do so give it a rest.

This one is slightly different because the OP wants to be able to cheat because Bioware forced him to play their broken game.
