Sorry if this is rehashing old questions. My forum searches came up empty.

1) In the Mage Slayer passive, "magical creatures" means ehhh just arcane horrors and revenants (maybe dragons?) right? The ability description is "Anti-demon abilities now also apply to mages and magical creatures."

2) "Anti-demon abilities" applies to which abilities? Blessed Blades, Champions of the Just and Wrath of Heaven/Embrace the Light, right?

3) Not a templar-specific question, but: does cooldown reduction -- such as from Flow of Battle or a cooldown amulet -- apply to passives that have cooldowns, like Unyielding?

1. There are multiple mage enemies and magical creatures include most animals.

2. Correct. That passive is useless and not worth your time because the combo does the damage not Wrath of Heaven.

3. No

It "adds" to list which will get damage from Wraith of Heaven
1. arcane horror
2. revenant
3. venatori mages and spellbinders and venatori commander
4. RT shadow
5. RT horror
6 RT knight
7. RT behemoth

aye that's true but the damage from WoH is minimal though I guess perilous down it could be fine. In nightmare you need unbowed so you don't get points to spare.

Wut. The damage is the highest damage dealing ability on any 1 handed warrior.

Here's my  thread discussing many qualities of the templar and mageslayer/blessed blades

Blessed Blades sucks as you only get 15% dmg increase vs demons

The damage bonus part is pretty measly, I agree. It's barely worth the time to cast it. Upgrading it does not suck, however, for the combo cooldown reduction. Especially on Perilous and below where you can combo for days.

I know but you have to give up a skillslot to get it, and you have to stay inside the BB area while the WoH combo should have you running across the field.

With my 60+ cunning I also get a lot of use out of Flow of Battle so I prefer my Horn of Valor
