I sent pms to ten employees of Bioware and so far three responded. Two are involved in other projects but Mark Darrah confirmed that they know about it and are working on a fix.

Hoping this will be fixed in the upcoming patch, which will likely prep the game for the Qunari-filled "Trespasser" DLC. Have to get around to beating the game with my InQunsitor now! My other character (an elf) just seems too scrawny now...

They fixed it, finally! At least the re-coloring issues seem to be a thing of the past, can't say much about the other stuff yet, like the throne clipping. The annoying neck seams are gone, too
.
We didn't touch the throne

This is great news. I have to admit, I didn't think that this was going to be fixed - serves me right for being so cynical.
The upcoming patch is going to usher in my long awaiting qunari run, so I do believe I'll pick this up along with Trespasser on Tuesday.
Thanks for listening and addressing it, Bioware!

Woo-hoo! Sooooo happy this was fixed.
I'm OK with the throne issue: IMO, having the InQunsitor sitting on a Qunari throne while dispensing justice would not be a wise political move. I bought the DLC because my Vashoth looked ridiculous in human-themed armor, and I wanted a more "Qunari" look.

Shokra-Taar skin tinting works great now, Antaam-Saar not so much. I suspect its because the neck portion of the Shokra-Taar hides the skin tone line. There is nothing that can hide it on the Antaam-Saar armor. Both look pretty good on Bull though. Neck seam problems are totally gone, that is awesome. One goofy thing I did notice is that the armors are switched when making it for Bull. Light is heavy and heavy is light. Weird. Qunari armors can now be tinted on Qunari characters. That is awesome. Well done Bioware!

So I noticed that there is still a noticeable neck skin tint seam for Adaar when wearing the heavy Qunari armor. I noticed that Iron Bull looked great in both heavy and light. I was wondering why it worked until I saw it. Bioware added another chain to the necklace and it covers up the tint seam. Unfortunately they did not do this for Adaar, which would have fixed the tint seam. Such a shame.
