Why do you disrespect your customers so much?
A few hours ago I bought your most recent DLC Spoils of Qunari. I was really exited when it became available on Origin for PC. Yes, I heard about bugs but at that moment I thought: "Hey, they took some time to fix things up and there is no way they'd had let us down after that". So, I got this DLC, launched the game, and...
Well

Spoiler

I've spend around 115 UAH on this. It's not a small amount of money for me, but I wasn't greedy about it- I adore Dragon Age universe, love all three games, the lore, characters and story your writers created.
I'm willing to pay that price for a decent product. Instead you sold me an unfinished and bugged content.
I'm not a game developer, I don't know how things work inside, but I can hardly believe that bugs like that can not be noticed and fixed. You took your time supposedly to fix it, but what exactly have you corrected?
It's not like I'm yelling "GIVE ME MOAR DLC RIGHT NOW". Creating content takes time, I understand it, but why in the world would you let this bugged Spoils of Qunari be released when it obviously wasn't finished?
I'm really upset right now. Because of the money I wasted and, more so, by the attitude of my favorite game developer company towards their fans.

:-( indeed not pretty at all. I bet the awesome modding community will do a better job if they'll just stop holding the kit hostage.

Seriously. Neck seams are usually priority one for modders, and rightfully so.

God, I can't overstate how much I hate neck seams.

I have concluded that I am content to forgo any paid DLC for DA:I.

There are a few reasons. This would be one of them. I'm not unhappy with the game, but I'm not compelled to spend any more money on it, either.

I'd say they look that way cause they're probably recycled DA2 assets they just slapped on with out any mayor modification and or adjustment.

No, they were created for the next DLC (they're NPC outfits) and retooled to fit the player races. Same as the Avvar costumes.

But they did a fairly poor job of it (the human male arms are all screwed up, in addition to the problems with skin tone and neck seams and the elves' pinched midsection).

CDPR with a fraction of the budget compared to bioware produced TW3, which is superior to DAI. This has led one to believe that lack of budget or resource could not be used as an explanation on the low quality content produced by bioware. My only conclusion is that there are some really incompetent developers working for bioware.

Impressive, at least we know current DAI team is really good at Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V.

Remember, though, that CDPR has a lower budget because they pay their people less, not because they put fewer man-hours into the game.

When will you people understand EAware is a company and don't care if they "disrespect" you, it's business. They want your money and you gave it to them, that's where your relationship with them ends. Rather or not you're satisfied is your own problem not theirs.

Funny story. Someone released an update for Kotor 2 for steam, with the restoration mod in it and all. And before Bioware fixed the bugs on DAI Single Player basic issues, like your companions watching you fight. Hope it doesn't take that long for DAI. But judging from the expensive small DLC bugs, I became worried.

It doesn't blend because there are additional textures on the head..it affects color. Technically, they're the same color code, when you examine the 3d models. But adding more layers affects it.

That said, I'd rather complain about the white skullcap underneath helms and hats. That's just amateurish.

That's what you get when you buy something made by the canteen staff in about 12 hours.

Bioware are in the milking every last penny from this game with as little effort as possible before forgetting it stage. Then the process will start again and the devs who suddenly dissapeared from this forum post release will all magically remember their log in details and we'll hear all about how they have learnt from their mistakes for DA4.

I'm not sure about DLC but Origin has a refund policy in regards to games, so it might be possible to apply for a refund. Alternatively contacting support might help.

Of course it won't fix the DLC but it could get the money back and be an official way to register the complaint.

This actually makes me wonder even more. How come developers at CDPR can do a better job with less pay than the ones at Bioware? You would've thought that more money means better quality right? Guess it is not the case for Bioware.

And that mess isn't even available for PS3. I guess PS3 just can't handle complicated graphical quality like that

Because they cash in USD and euros and pay their employees in zloty.

Yeah, the fact alone companies allowed this broken DLC to be released is a big joke.
