I tried visualizing what a red asari might look like and I didn't like the image in my head. For some reason the asari are pretty hot with their blue skin but if they'd have red skin I wouldn't find them attractive at all.

Eh, I have to agree, and this is from someone who greatly prefers the scifi backdrop to the fantasy one.
Hah, I prefer fantasy to science fiction in general. And yet, I like ME more than DA (don't get me wrong, I dig the DA games). I may just be harder on fantasy games because I've read more of what's out there, so my bar's higher. Or something.

As great and crazy as that could be if done well, I have my doubts bioware could successfully pull off a good crossover spin off, stick to having easter eggs, such as the statue of an ogre in the ME2 DLC or the krogan wall mount in DA:I MP at most.
