Which MOFO do I want to destroy first is about it.
In seriousness, Slayer can be a bit more difficult on a map like London or Condor if the enemy is Geth or Cerbs. Geth because they hit you across the map, Cerbs because there is always one turret that you don't see.
Question is what weapon OP are you going to be using? If Acolyte or Talon I like Incendiary because FEs are cool and generally shields are stripped in one shot anyways. Disrupter is pretty awesome though as well and Tech bursts have a bigger AOE.

Also, incendiary. With Falcon or Venom. Lob a few rounds into a spawn to prime, PD the hell out of it until your shields run out, charge, PD or melee what's left. Repeat.
And Polish Phoenix is my favorite thread.
