I want them to walk as if they aren't powerwalking to get to the bathroom before they poop all over themselves. A normal walking animation is fine, a normal jog is fine.
My tummy is now hurting from all the laughing!

BioWare, have you created the walking animation for the characters yet? If you have not, can you make our characters walk like they think their all that?
I've been wanting to bring this video back for ever! You have no idea how happy I am right now! ![]()

It'd be neat if were were animation options we could pick, like some games have.

I hate how female Inquisitor walks, runs and stands so no thanks. I rather see them use male animations than something exaggerated.
I could not agree more. My poor female elven battlemage looks like she is going to dislocate her hips when she moves (it was kind of hot for about... ten-minutes, then it became annoying). I believe a female-fan requested more gender neutral uniforms/body armor in ME:A at comicon and after they finished blushing (and the crowd quit laughing) the devs pointed out the rather gender-neutral default armor (only difference is female characters are a tad shorter and thinner. And their soft-armor is a bit more 'snug'). Hopefully this also applies to walking/general movement.

She walks like a princess. What is the problem?

Alliance lady: Welcome to the Alliance military database. Profile reconstruction. Select your body walk...
1: Slouchy
2: pimp-ish
3: posture
4: brittle bones
5: bouncy

I never played an elf... I will have to create one and see what it looks like.

I hope they mocap someone from RuPaul's drag race for both sexes. It's going to look bad no matter what, might as well be entertaining.

I'm quite worried after seeing that one promo picture where female PC's pose was quite akward. I really hope poses like that don't carry to actual game.

I'm not playing as princess.

That.
Another way to describe it is like an exaggerated model strut. It is very inefficient as it creates a lot of extra side to side movement. It is also not a natural gait, but something done on purpose to attract attention. I'm not entirely sure it's anatomically possible - perhaps the walk, but not the run.
It just isn't something that everyone wants to watch during an entire playthrough of a game. It is very distracting, and completely inappropriate for the characters some people want to play.
I would vastly prefer something closer to neutral.
