Considering that EA/Origin/Bioware has it's own proprietary program, highly unlikely. ME 1 and 2 aren't multiplayer.

Well that is annoying  could they not earn more money if they teamed up with steam? But wait is it not usable on steam only cause of the MP??

It's not on Steam because of how EA releases DLC. And EA has no reason to comply with Steam's rules because they have Origin.

ME3 is currently on Origin for $20. The whole trilogy for $30.

real shame, then I really hope that EA creates those pre-paid money cards for Origin (never pay with a credit card)

No problem.  The thing that surprises me is that they don't seem to be on Amazon.  That's how I usually get my own cash cards (often directly as codes that I can just type in immediately).

I'm not sure what's so worrisome about using a credit card anyway. It's no riskier than any other time you use the card; sure, the bad guys can hack you, but they can also hack that restaurant you ate at last week.

That's why the dlc goes on sale on consoles but not on pc, ea doesn't have 100% control over the pricing on consoles because they're not their marketplaces, but they have 100% control over pc pricing because it's their marketplace.

Lets just call it extreme paranoia for now

The game uses the origin SDK, which obviously requires origin, so theres literally no chance.
