Yes. I would love it if for some of the romances involved marrying the LI. Maybe even one of them you have to marry first and then the sex scene can occur.

Much better than having everyone be "have mandatory premarital sex or break up" that every Mass Effect romance has been so far.

The only kind of weddings I want to see in ME:A are red weddings.

Cause that's how normal people do it.

This.

A relationship without sex is not a relationship at all. If i wanted nonsexual companionship, I'd stick with my boys.

Millions upon millions of people don't and wait until after they're married, and they are just as normal as those who do.

I think you're grossly overestimating the amount of people who actually wait 'till marriage before having sex. There is a huge difference between the amount of people who say they don't have sex before marriage and the amount of people who actually don't have sex before marriage.

Knowing if the two of you are sexually compatible before you say "I do" is often a good thing.

No, I'm counting those who are being honest when they say that.

Animals evolved to have sex ages before marriage was invented, so there's some serious precedence. :P

You're saying you know "millions upon millions" of people personally? And how can you know for sure they're honest? I've slept with at least 3 women who claimed they wouldn't have sex before marriage. One of them even kept claiming it even after I already had sex with her. :')

Marriage is in no way an impedance to rapid population growth, and marriage certainly isn't exclusive to responsible people.

+1

Women are just like cars to me, I have to take them out for a test drive to see if they're only good to be driven down the block or cross-country.

Shoot, I had a girlfriend that was so whack in the sack that during the course of things I pondered if I shouldn't take matters into my own hands, so to speak. No way in hell would I have settled down with her because of it.

I am not sure if other animals thinks and behaves like us. The same thing applies to humans... not everyone haves sex before marriage or waits after marriage. Pretty sure Animals are genetically made to behave like that to "reproduce"

What society is that?

a "third world" society riddled with poverty and over population. We need to impose heavy penalty with irresponsible births even relationships if possible kinda like the one child policy of China.

Considering all the cultures that put great emphasis on one or both partners being virgins when they marry, some even checking to make sure, it is a logical and correct statement.

Besides, what's the problem with it just being an option in the game for those who want it?

Fun fact: The population of a species can't exceed its resources. Once you hit the limit, the species will starve. The weak die, the strong survive and the resources are enough for all members again.

Fun fact: that crap is happening to us now except there are already less and less resources. People are dying... Children all over the place... relationships and marriage held considered as a sacred "gift". People from different society thinks differently... sad to say majority of my people are well... illiterate.

Not in BG2.  Aeirie and Jaheira will break up with you if you do have sex with them in the romance.

Okay in ToB Aerie ends up changing her mind (and winds up pregnant), but you do eventually get married

It's left up to the imagination what exactly happens in the FtB in KOTOR

You don't have to sleep with Leliana or Alistair in DAO to complete their romances

I believe the same applies to Blackwall and DOrian in DAI.  And with Josephine, it's again left to the imagination.

Edit:  There is no sex scene with Solas either.  But I don't know if that's left to the imagination or not

But yeah being able to complete a romance arc without (necessarily) having sex would be a good thing.  Heck options in general are good things.

That's why people from those cultures have sex in secret.

And how do you "check to make sure"? :')

There's no problem, I just find it extremely wack. Do you honestly think that in the 23th century people would still stick to those old-fashioned outdated religious values considering that even today most people already don't?
