So is the audacity people are using with her the one that's like lvl 11 or something? Or is there a new higher level one?

I only have the level 11 version. I've heard that there could be a higher level Audacity possible... which would be nice, especially if it has boosted stats! However, I'm saving my gold for whatever comes next though. 
It's an amazing offhand for Isabella for sure. Most of her abilities (exception Flank Attack which uses both daggers for 2 hits) only takes into consideration her main hand weapon damage, and thusly, uses the attack you used to kill for factoring in the corpse explosion damage. So when using Bolt, the AOE explosion damage isn't much, but with Broadsides, it's quite a lot.
On NM, I've been using the Hakkon in mh, and switch between Audacity or Savage Thorn for the guard.

I never seem to see audacity explosions exceed 1000 damage. Doesn't matter what the killing blow was. 200, or 7500. explosion damage never exceeds 1000.
Also, does broadsides very often fail to vendetta targets for other people, of is that just me?

Alright. I see other Isabella's using it and it always seems to go off without a hitch.

Bolts usually see explosion damage between 1-1.5k aoe. When killing an enemy with Broadsides, I usually see around 4k explosion damage. I am using Hakkon's Mercy, so that may have a big factor for the damage.
