So no class or game mode where the ring and the belt stack together for an epic advantage then?

Its just not a huge gain. If you have 20% HoK and you equip the healing belt you gain 4% HoK (24% total).

 

There is no other belt worth using once you have +200 hp belt.

It increases to amount of health you gain, from anything you can gain health with. Since the potions have been incredibly buffed (healing 9001 health right now), it doesn't matter anyways, except you are using "Heal on Kill" on anything. Then this will increase to amount of how much you HoK.

Example: You got 10% HoK from 1 superb ring, wearing the superb belt grants you 27% healing bonus, that's 12,7% HoKn you have now.

Like Texas said, it isn't worth the slot unless you have nothing else to equip.

You can set up the Heart String bow to have 50 percent hok, and 1 percent heal on hit. It is possible that the belt in this case would be worthwhile.

Still you are getting an extra 10% HoK and 1.2& HoH (Which I am not sure if that would round down or not). Not worth using over 200HP or even a resistance belt.

Generally I would agree, they might have to consider significantly increasing the percentage before anyone really uses that belt

I believe so. Another interesting case is the Emperor shield which heals damage taken. Again though they would probably have to make it %50 percent increase before it is worth crunching numbers on weather or not the belt is worth it.

you get .2% hok for every hok that you have when your wearing the belt it is very useful, if you have 10% hok... you and just add another 2% to that

so the more heal on kill you have the better it works, this is very important near end game when you can get massive gain from it when having +200hp belt starts to not be so important.

the 200 hp belts worth 40 promotions man .... but also remember 15% of 100 HP is = to 5% of 300 HP so the more  base HP you have the less HoK you need just a tip

Okay nice, atm I have promoted; 14-10-9, Dropped Hakkon Dagger and normally run Lego with Superb HOK/Armor Penetration/Ranged Defense/Strength Amulet

Don't forget HoK is a percentage of your maximum health as well = 200 HP belt better anyway.

Plus endgame armor upgrade for warriors is +27% healing bonus anyway, which is better than the 20% on the belt

Oh, you mean not everyone gets the superb HoK ring within three weeks of starting to play?
