That, I assume, is legitimately a nod to the idea of women reclaiming their sexuality (which I neither endorse nor condemn).
Diane from BoJack Horseman has my favorite things to say about that. 
That show is really growing on me.

 
Thing is Jezebel wasn't just a ****** but a murderer and tyrant.

It's like naming an anti-religious site Satan or The Lord of Darkness and then writing about how you're all for humanity. Just doesn't work when you know the history behind the character.
