Personally I spared him because he was weak and ruined let him go and start again thats what I thought.

I always had Wrex with me, except on my pure Paragon playthrough, so he always died.

I usually kill him, partly because half the time Wrex is in my party and partly because he tried to kill Tali

That brother died in all of my playthroughs, regardless of who killed him, he wasn't the kind of person you'd want to leave alive.

end him

I left him alive once, but it makes more sense to bring Wrex along, and so killing him is inevitable.

I've played through every scenario. Usually I let him live. My Renegade Sheps usually kill him themselves, they don't take Wrex on that assignment.

BAM!
I guess you know my answer.

I had completely forgotten that I'd spared him on my first Paragon save, so that was interesting to be reminded of. I usually just let Wrex kill him.

It's hinted at, but never explicitly said, that Fist is a ruthless, murderous criminal boss. He's ordered deaths of dozens of people, and probably ruined countless others through the drug and/or slave trade. He deserves a kinetic slug in the face.
But that said, I have a real issue with shooting unarmed prisoners... So I bring Wrex along and have him do it. *evil grin*

What do you mean unarmed? He's got a gun right there! Watch out! He's reaching for it!
That said, I pretty much always bring Wrex, so Fist isn't long for this world.

Leave Fist alive? Why would I do that?
Usually I kill him myself so Wrex pays me before he joins me.

Well in ME2, if you let him live you actually get to see Fist. He is in the Afterlife bar on Omega, being on of the first places you go. So there you have it, just a great little tid bit of info for if you wanted to see this little scenario.
