Maybe the super unique Dark Spawn weapons? There were 7 dragon weapons including the shield I think.

Yes, 99% of beta subscribers do this actually. They play for one day then never come back again. Some don't even download the client at all and just subscribe to get a head start on the new content. Makes me a bit angry

I really hope this true and that it drops soon.
A grey warden character would be perfect for the DLC and could depending on abilities bring a new play style to the game. How much different would Varric be from the archer? His SP abilities aren't very different.
