Huh. That's not what I expected at all. Oh well.That's not quite how it works. It's just a streaming service, not an emulator.
It just allows people to wirelessly connect to their Xbox 1 from the windows 10 machine and display on their monitor, and play it almost as if they were sitting in front of their TV.

They do have an X-Box app, but that is really just the 2nd coming of GFWL. The MS app store is a rip off of the Apple store and a poor one at that. I'll be sticking with Steam and GOG though. And Origin I suppose if I get ME:A.

I don't think we can get a decent performance match until all our device drivers have been updated for W10. I expect those with modern-ish graphics cards to see a noticable performance over W7, but not so much over W8.1. There is already a performance gain from using 8.1 over 7 and I can't see why that wouldn't still be there.

Thanks. That's the first I've heard of GFWL. I was picturing it being more like Steam where you can access any game you've previously purchased. I will stick with Steam as well.

Okay I've updated. Despite the fact that I cannot create custom resolution through NVIDIA anymore I think the game runs better! No more micro stutter in Skyhold! YASS.
