"Well, this post is by me. i can tell you why i had to deal with jerks and haters, bigots etc etc who gave me a hard time just because i am Transgender.

i point them out and tell them that they don't even know exactly what's it like for Transgender people. even me. it's hard to find a job in a place that society accepts who you are and supports you, lets you work instead of turning us away from a job we'd like to work.

 

I think I have a fairly good idea of why people might be hating on you

 

Personally I am not all that fond of transgendered people, not because I find it sick or immoral, I honestly don't care if you want to dress in women's clothes, wear makeup and do thing society deems "girly", if you are gay then it is not a problem as what you do in the privacy of your own bedroom does not effect me one bit and anyone who claims that 2 people of the same sex having a consensual relationship with each other is immoral can go pleasure themselves with a rusty bundle of barbed wire.

 

But the reason I personally dislike transgendered people is because I find them incredibly self centered, I mean how self centered do you need to be to claim that everyone should redefine the definition of sex and gender just because you wish you were born of the opposite sex, just because I refuse to acknowledge you as a woman does not make me a bigot. I mean I don't crack a hisy fit every time somebody refuses to acknowledge my true species as " mega space witch extraordinaire" as I understand that biologically I am human and that is how other people see me, not sure why it should be any different for transgender people?

 

Now I can sympathize that feeling like you were born in the wrong body must suck, but the answer to the problem is not to get everyone to lie to you and tell you how much of a pretty woman you are but rather learning to accept yourself for what you are rather than what you would like to be. You don't need hormone treatments or a sex change opperation, you need a therapist.

Nah, it's a very specific kind of subculture, TDR definitely doesn't count as a 'trap' because he always puts it out there that he is a guy who likes women. In many ways Cassandra Saturn qualifies from the cutesy language, to identifying with anime characters, except that she is trying to transition (according to what she says) whereas having a penis is central to a 'trap' being a 'trap'.

Traps don't transition, the deception/paradox (she seems like a girl in every way except she has a penis which you'll never know about until you have sex) is part of what drives the culture.
