Of what quality do you currently expect ME:A to be in its final state?

In principle, I agree with you.

However, there is the need to remind the Directors and Producers of past errors. I believe it's a helpful tool to keep them focused on the fact that all three hardware platforms are in play. Plus, that the input game controls are different and must be coded to take advantage of their features and range of control..... mouse re-mapping comes to mind.

Nothing wrong to let them know what you like and dislike about past games and what you might want to see changed or included, but giving the game a score out of 10 before any real information is out there just doesn't seem to be constructive.

I can't properly judge a game without playing it, any information, etc.  If it is anything like the ME1-3 series, I'd give it a 27/30 (10/9/8)

Depends if Bioware are given creative freedom or if EA guts MEA and makes it like Destiny: Destined for greatness, but only gutted and chopped for DLC.

Considering that BioWare is EA...

I'm not going to rate one way or the other right now.  I try not to put ratings on my games this far ahead of time.  I loved DA2 and I know it's the weakest game by BioWare and scoffed at by a lot of fans.

We simply don't know enough right now, aside from the galaxy move, N7, whatever ARKCON is (we've only got guesses at this point,) the Mako, exploration, and Krogan.  Some folks might consider that enough, but I'm not ready to give a review based on that just yet.

So I'll happily give my thoughts in about a year/year and a half when the game comes out.   :)

Ummmm ... 1080p / 60fps won't probably even qualify as glorious PC Gaming Master Race standard by the time the game comes out; 4k / 100+ fps ain't too far away from being top end market level (rather than pie-in-the-sky, re-mortgage your house level)... then factor in Windows 10 (or more importantly DX12) and by the time ME:A is released I'm guessing 4k / 100 fps will be achievable for most gamers with half-decent up-to-date rigs.

... then give it another 3 - 4 months before the damned game is playable on PC *sighs*
