Of course when we're talking Zelda, Majora's Mask still has to be my favorite and most chills-est.

An HD remake where they do the giants scene where they don't clip through fountains and walk on air, or heck even an anime version of that scene like the Star Wars TIE Fighter short would be amazing.

Of course an HD remake is never going to happen now. I'd be happy with a sequel or spiritual successor. (preferably an actual Zelda spiritual successor tbh, not a clonestarter, as much as I can appreciate those)

In no particular order:

Dragon's Dogma. The end, and then my reflecting on the end . . . and then the real end and my reflection on that . . . and then THE END and my reflection on that.
Metal Gear Solid series. Ladder, End of Snake Eater [see note on Dragon's Dogma], Microwave scene of four, End of Ground Zeroes to name a few particulars.
Mass Effect 2 and 3. Suicide mission, Destroy Ending, Grunt's Last Stand, Mordin's Sacrifice.
X-Com: Enemy Unknown. All of it. ;_;7
Halo CE. The music, Captain Keyes, the end.
Dying Light. Some story scenes were executed very effectively.
Planetside 2. Led a guerrilla team that snuck behind enemy lines, sabotaging facilities and diverting enemy attention. A suicide mission, but we bonded during it and being slowly picked off when a mission gone bad made me so sad. Watched my team die, real people (sure there was a respawn but still-) with real feelings. Eventually it was just myself, an infiltrator and an ATV. I told them to drive while I held our pursuers off. They managed to get away. I didn't. Out of the seven man guerrilla team only one of us survived back to base. ;__;7
Any game that can give me a glorious RP moment like the one described above.
