This game I have tried to do all the quests, but i now have 3 quests i cant solve:
-Jowans intentions: no event triggers. I have read around that it can only be done with console. Will it be implemented in a patch?
-Correspondence interruptus: i have all the codex updates for this quest, but i can complete it. I have checked my backpack, and i only have 2 love letters. Rest of them have dissappeared. Someone had this problem?

Third one is my fault, so no problem here. If someone could answer my question i willl be grateful.

The quest can only be triggered if the first time you meet Jowan in the Redcliffe castle's cellar you choose to let him free AND refuse his help. Eventually you'll find the quest on the Chantry Board.

Jowan's seems to be a leftover flag from deleted content, my guess is it won't be added as it's not supposed to be present at all. Jowan's character underwent a lot of rewrites during development but the end result in game is that he's a whiny, self pitying but mostly harmless (after the whole poisoning thing anyway) nobody, while the quest flag suggests that he's dangerous and possibly plotting some kind of revenge scheme, which doesn't fit in with his final character at all

correct, however the random encounter with him which is supposed to continue the quest will never happen

as for Correspondence Interuptus I've completed it on a couple of playthroughs with no problems but I don't go out of my way looking for them any more so it's usually left incomplete on my other characters
