Nope.
Awww sorry Lex, maybe we can farm nm dragons tomorrow. I got burnt out fc. Just pugged today doing 250 OP runs for agent banners.

How high is high?
I just can estimate. I would say starting around 60 promotion+ with all classes without a barrier virtuoso.
If you can solo perilous lightning dragon with a level 1 reaver you should be save to go NM with a level 14+ reaver.
You should also have combat roll to get out of danger fast.
It really depends on build, level and weapons you own.
Wait for the first people yelling: OMG IM THE BEST, I just have 20 in all stats and I own NM with my reaver. Sure you have the biggest E Dong on the earth
