There is a mistake in the subtitles but what if it's intentional? When Garrus says that line his face isn't moving at all (28:41, notice that when he was talking earlier, everything was normal) and his voice changes. Do you think it may be another confirmation for the indoctrination theory? It may be just a glitch but I like the idea anyway.
