I'm at Crossroads, my party is battered and bloody and has only a handful of hit-points left between them. I used up all my healing potions already.  I can't take them out like this, but I can't find any way to heal them!  I can't find any way to rest them, nor have I seen any healers, hospitals, or healing potions.  

 

I found a post online that said if I fast-travel to a friendly base I'll arrive all healed and restocked, and there's a fast-travel rock here in Crossroads, but I can't make it work.  I've searched forums and walkthroughs, even downloaded the DAI manual, but I haven't found any explanation of how to fast-travel.

 

I'm stuck here... I can't believe no one else has ever run into this problem. What do I do?

You can fast travel by using M on your keyboard to pull up the map (don't know how you pull up the map on anything other than the PC) and then find one of the camps on your map and click on it...that will fast travel you to a camp to heal. I've never used one of those fast-travel thingies to fast travel, just the map. Your heal potions will be restocked when you fast travel to camp but you will need to go the potion table to restock the other potions for each character.

Ah... I see. Thanks, Robertmarilyn!  Since that's exactly what I was doing, and it wasn't working, I can see now that I'm caught in some kind of malfunction, and not just doing it wrong. I suppose I'll have to return to a previous save to see if I can overcome the issue.  Thanks again!

I've had it happen where I can open the map but not do local travel, i.e. Fast Travel to a camp in the same area. If that happens, I just travel back to Haven or Skyhold. Usually, it happens if I've just closed the ability screen or the inventory screen. Letting the game sit for a second or two with the game unpaused usually clears the problem.

However I have had a glitch where when I do fast travel to a camp i do not get my potions back so I camp again on purpose to ensure I get my potions back after I heal. Also at times I have had people heal to 75% for some random reason.
