I chose the Artificer path for my Inquisitor and at first everything seemed to be fine... but after Wicked Hearts and Wicked Eyes Varric won't stop repeating the same thing about Three-Eyes all over again.

His only dialogue now is the one about Three-Eyes ("So, you've been hanging out with Tree-Eyes."), no matter what I do or say, and I couldn't hear him complain about his editor and the many fans he met at the Winter Palace. It really breaks immersion and it's super annoying, especially considering the next quest (What Pride Had Wrought) is important and Varric's reaction after it it's priceless.

 

Is there a way to fix this? Should I load a previous save and hope the bug won't return?

Yeah that's been there since day one, they've also known about it since day one (I told them about it multiple times) there's no real way to fix it other then load to a save that you haven't picked a path, and choose a new one.

theres nothing you can do, I wouldn't take another path, after while you get the quest from him to go back to vallamer . that ends it with 3 eyes.

Thank you for your answers. That sucks, 6+ months have passed and I thought that a bug like this could be fixed easily.

Ahhh, I believe I chose the Artificer path AFTER completing Valammar. Are you saying that he stops mentioning Three-Eyes after completing that mission?

Sorry its the one where you go with Bianca to vallamare. Or just go to western approach and met hawk and stroud.
