1. Uh... I can't connect to Dragon Age servers for some weird reason? I've tried everything the Ask HQ said (including complete reinstall of the Origin and the game, turning off firewalls, etc.) but it does not help... Okay, no Multiplayer for me for now. Let's see what SP has in stock.
2. Graphics settings became much more numerous than I remember. Even the anti-aliasing feature is now several. Toying with them is somewhat enjoyable, yes. The end result, however, isn't that different with different options 
3. Eeer. Where's my smooth performance? Gotta get back to settings it seems.
4. Weird. Some textures, like main characters' armour, are not scaling at all. Some textures actually ARE scaling with different settings, which results in standing between two characters - one in HD armour, one in somewhat that doesn't even look like armour.
5. Fire on the snowy surfaces? Please, tell those guys in level design department that snow/ice is just another form of water, and water is used for centuries now to extinguish fires.
6. Fire on a bare stone surfaces? You know, people 'd started to use stone in architecture to prevent heavy damage from fire... What a reason, right? 
7. At least Cassy's leather trousers are still awesome. Well, if you're into 30 y.o.+ kind of thing :3
8. Cassy's default weapon scale problem (she's handling two-handler with a one hand in cutscenes) isn't resolved.
9. Griffon shield's back side is still covered in a wood texture, which looks inaccurate (considering the angles of the shape and such). Still.
10. The first boss is still OP. Too much armour to penetrate, and it has to be too challenging for the beginners.
11. Voice acting is really, really ridiculous. While Solas and Varric are somewhat average in that part, female Inky is a pain to hear, just like Cassy. Unnatural intonations, unnecessary pauses, body animations and the mimics? Come on, we had better on Frostbite.
12. Varric's personality is so much twisted in a wrong way I can't take it without a negative perspective. He used to be a sarcastic joker, and now he's a nervous jester. Might be a gameplay solution, though - that stick outta Garrus'es ass had to go somewhere...
13. Starting items' balance is pretty the same, when there's no significant difference between the looted things. Tons of useless grey loot? Missed that, too.
14. Come on, they didn't even fix that glitch with destroying magic barriers in Hinterlands! (not sure if only in Hinterlands)
15. Loot is spawning at your feet just 50% of time now (a glitch, too). It's a sure progress from 100% in earlier patches, but still... It's almost a YEAR! after the release, come on...
16. Btw overall performance is greatly improved over what was @ Patch 4. My sincere thanks to the guys making this possible.
17. Companions still teleporting over obstacles, enemies charge THROUGH obstacles... Game design guys, why do you think obstacles are named so? Because, well, they make moving through the area impossible. Your game design decision here breaks the whole idea of obstacles!..
18. Still laughing at party members behavior in battle. No, Varric, charging forward to the guy with a big shield isn't an intelligent idea, I assure you.
19. Venatori agents ('bandits' in Hinterlands) for some sick reason don't attack demons from the rifts. And vice versa. Game design guys? What's with your mind, folks?
20. K a tough battle now, three bears at a time.
21. Three bears and only one hide stack? Seriously?.. I've lived through this nightmare to get one filthy hide stack?.. That's if we do not discuss the matter of how one bear has 2 hides, and two other bears have none...
22. Body animation really sucks, not to mention the ragdoll physics.
23. Shards... ugh. Okay, okay, I'll go there too...
