Hey, I'm just having fun with that. Ridiculous notions are all a part of brainstorming. I can count of folks such as yourself to say, "Nah, that wouldn't work!"
I prefer lines of thought grounded in the basis of whatever narrative I have to work with; I can throw down conjecture with the best of them but if it goes against the rules of said series I will discount it.
Throwing another one into the mix. What about Shale? Female dwarf who volunteered to become a golem and is now a golem with free will.
Shale wouldn't qualify.
Golems are genderless.
But she was originally a female and retains her original behaviour.
Flemeth is definitely more scary, unpredictable and powerful than anyone else on the list.
I gotta chime in with my vote for Flemeth as well, BUT if we're talking more on the level of mortal women who we as protagonists have gotten to know well, I'll vote for Aveline six ways from Sunday. She's strong, sensible, skilled, and most importantly she knows her limitations. That and she's the only one I know of who gets away with regularly calling Isabella a 'slattern'! 
What about Goldanna?
Well you could always try high velocity combined with dense metal slugs.
