I know for certain that there is 1 in "The Pearl", 1 in "Dark Alley", 1
in "Rundown Back Street", AT LEAST 1 in "Market District". The only
other location in DENERIM that is UNLOCKED FOR ME(I can access) is
"Deserted Building", and I only got ambushed by a few blood mages and
mercenaries there, no courier.. Any ideas where the last one might be?
Where are the 5 hooded couriers in DENERIM located?

The last one is at the Elven Alienage. But you get there much later in the game. After you have visited the temple for the ashes.
