Anyone else frustrated by the protagonist's head constantly shifting? Is there a method of disabling it perchance?

I tend to turn my character's head back and forth constantly, shifting to view every possible angle so I don't inadvertently create one of those looks-great-from-front-but-has-totally-weird-shaped-profile-in-every-screenie.  Probably why I haven't been overly bothered by the character's head moving around otherwise, I suppose.

I do that as well, it's still pretty noticeable to me. On one hand, the moving does sometimes reveal a situation like you described, but usually it's just distracting >.<
