What function does Focus have in mp?

Luke did a pass to remove or change all these items, if you see one please post the name or an image and we can investigate.

Unfortunately can't take them out of your inventory, I can only try to remove them from the drop tables. So to be more specific, let me know if you have recently got one from a chest - I know some of those are definitely removed
