I lately noticed my banner disappears after couple of games. It's there one game and poof, gone the next. Since I use an alternative Council Operative one, that means a lot of visiting my N7HQ, which is little annoying. That hasn't happened before.
Anybody has any idea why this has started happening?

2. Do you play singleplayer, if you fire up the singleplayer, the banner goes away. If it happens during a mp session, look to the first point again.

Not always true apparently. I've been playing dozens of sp sessions lately and my banner is still there. I just mentioned this literally one page back in this topic.
