Still a lot of bugs to be fixed

  • Mind Blast stops giving barrier after first death
  • XP glitch
  • Still a lot of falling through walls/floors and getting stuck
  • Today we actually got wiped on the boss fight of Ferelden castle by invisible enemies which was strange
  • Multiple dragon related glitches
  • I've heard a lot from other players about abilities like Turn the Bolt and the +50% guard abilities not working

And so many others... but the ones that affect combat and the XP glitch are particularly annoying

I've been noticing something with the Reaver when using Dragon Rage, though I'm not sure if it's a glitch or WAI (working as intended).  I've noticed that after one hit with Dragon Rage on Zealots and Red Templar mooks, they're completely immune to any following hits from Dragon Rage, regardless of the time between hits, unless they're knocked down or panicked.  Even if they have their backs turned to me, they're immune to being from from DR after the first hit.

 

Just to be clear, it's not being blocked (90% of the time, they're not blocking or are in the middle of attacking) and there's no text saying 'immune' floating around them.  They just simply don't take damage.  It annoys the hell out of me that it's doing this and I'm not sure whether it's a bug or not.  And I first noticed this while I was soloing the Ferelden Castle.

 

There's also the fact that Charging Bull only works for a split second half of the time, both in SP and in MP.  It's like it's misfiring or something.  It's almost as annoying at Barrier not priming half of the time and winding up jumping in place while being bombarded.  Stuff like that has been around since launch and should've been fixed already.

I was wondering how far we'd get into the new week without a new post mentioning the XP glitch. I'm not disappointed.

 

 

Also, I joined a going match on tevinter yesterday, they were in the fifth zone and i spawned in the door. Couldn't do anything. Was completely stuck.

This is due to the "fix" for blocking not working. It will still be blocked (ie: won't take damage) but the test doesn't show up. The block mechanic wasn't removed, the block animation was set to 0 sec (or something like that). This results in it appearing not to block, but no damage is taken. Its like they have upgraded from blocking with a light saber to just using the force to stop all attacks from even hitting them. The force is getting stronger with them.

 

BW is aware of this.
