I heard that it you completed this war operation, with any of the advisors, that you get the Dragon Armor schematics. I completed this operation with Leliana and -no schematics. Am I missing something, or is this a bug?

And nevermind. While I could have sworn I complete this mission, I must have experience my game freeze after assigning it, because the operation was still open. Whatever, I have my schematics now.
