Does anyone know how to stop my character randomly pick out the missiles ready to launch when I didn't wanted to? I need really need this to stop because It's interrupted me while I'm shooting the enemies with the main weapons. (Multiplayer game) PS3

If you host it is easier to access your D pad consumables. Not to say it is always a problem off-host, but it can be.
Other than that develop better finger coordination

YOUR ****** DPAD IS BROKEN, TAKE YOUR CHEAP #@ AND BUY ANOTHER ONE!!!! 
Seriously though you're dpad probably has a button that's sticking or something to cause that. Something has to be jacked up if your launcher is coming out all the time.

^ Well actually, that could be the case.
The other option is that you are flailing away at your controller during combat, and have a tendency to hit the up direction on the D pad while fighting.

If the missile launcher accidentally gets equipped, it was meant to be. Go to town.
I have the same philosophy but also restraining orders in multiple states.
