I'm gonna necro this thread because it kept showing up when I was trying to google stuff about asari builds.

 

Basically, I have a bunch of AR amps I need to use up (no pistols, very few shotguns and SMGs, prefer to save my SRs for other kits I have in mind), and I also want to use more asari, so if there are any kits you guys can recommend (especially with the Valkyrie or Justicar, not so much Huntress or Adept--Vanguard is fine too) with ARs I'd appreciate it and whatnot.

 

And before any of you so much as think of the Lancer: I still don't have it.

Shotgun asari is so predictable tho. Shotgun Huntress has been my go-to Easy Mode character for ages now.

Falcon is great with either Justicar or Valk, if you have it. With the justicar in particular you can reave stagger all the trash mobs then falcon stagger them then bubble stagger them and then lol cuz they will all be dead. It makes pull fun too because you can stagger them until their shields are gone, then pull them. Only thing is falcon gets weird with lag.

I also use saber on all the asari. Depends on if you have it, I guess.

The generic answer would be harrier, but that's boring IMO. Adas and PPR Justicar with warp rounds are good too.

If you're wanting to apply some elemental ammo, the trusty Phaeston is a nice SMG replacement.  My vanilla AA currently uses that with Inc ammo.  The ADAS would do that quite well too.

 

Adding onto TTT's reply, the Assguard can make solid use of the Falcon as well (most Vanguards can).  Of course it won't help you much if you're going for Stasis headshots...but it'll stagger 'crowds' and give you something to detonate with BC.

Any character with Stasis can be used with the Saber pretty effectively.  The Justicar works really well with any AR and Warp Ammo, because Reave and Bubble can both prime multiple enemies.  Just use Reave on pretty much anything and follow up with shooting while they are staggering.  This works best with the Harrier or Saber because they kill quickly at all ranges, but it will work with most AR's.  Put a couple of points in Pull.  If the enemy you're shooting at isn't dead when your clip runs out, then just throw a Pull at it to give you time to reload.

 

Or, there's this super special Blasphemous Asari Justicar Hard Cover build.  You can get away with using hard cover with this build because you will have 80% DR (as long as you keep Reave going and stay in the bubble) and your shields will recharge in 0.5 seconds if they aren't broken.  You can tank just about anything for as long as it takes to empty your clip, but you have to stay super aware of being flanked.  I use the Revenant on it because it's really hard to find anything the Revenant works for other than the standard Marskman kits, and hard cover really improves the recoil and accuracy of the Revenant.  The PPR and Typhoon are probably better though.  This is never going to do well for spawn-rushing play styles, but it works fine with less aggressive groups.

Pretty much any AR goes. Just make sure you put the blue bullets in. Saber makes a good hitter. Mattock and Harrier, too. ARs go probably best with Justicar - though I still prefer close combat and then shotties and SMG choices I have are still best. I think I never used AR on Valkyrie - it's too much of a close combat character the way I play, but I cycle through most of the ARs with the Justicar when I don't feel like going close with her.

Plenty of good suggestions, the only I haven't seen would be PPR Huntress, which is great.

Powers fired from cloak on the huntress do keep the bonus for their complete duration link (by corlist).

In case I didn't already say in this thread, justicar is my absolute favorite and any weapon can work super with her.

Thanks for all the responses, guys. Would never have considered PPR for Justicar; I was concerned about the cooldown but on Kalence it isn't looking too bad.

 

I'll definitely have to try the Saber on both of the Stasis asari. Might give the Adas a shot (no pun intended) on the AA, but I'm still not sold on that gun as a whole, so we'll see. And since I have a whole range of options for the Justicar, I'll have to try out some of those, too.
