Well, it is a good idea, but it isn't that hard to imagine better antagonists than Bioware has produced since JE.

 

2 poorly implemented paranoid maniacs doing bad things "for the greater good" (Loghain + Meredith)

1 ancient monster trying to become a god (Corypheus, though his underlying motivations could have been more interesting if he'd been better developed)

2 rogue operatives being mind controlled by giant cuttlefish to do bad things (Saren+Illusive Man)

1 giant cuttlefish and his largely inactive prepubescent boss (Harbinger+Star Child)

A current femme fatale on television right now i think is Two from Dark Matter. Someone like that would be cool. A good femme fatale character is very powerful, and you're more than a little afraid of her. She's also always in control.

Anyway back on topic, I think a 30-40 something would be pretty good age for a femme fatale.

Sexuality isn't all about looking pretty. It's about how you carry yourself.

 

You can be covered head to toe in full plate armour, but if you are confident and experienced you can pull it off.

Heck the less you show, the better in my opinion. Show too much too soon and you leave less to the imagination.

It's all about teasing whilst being out of reach. There has to be some form of chase.

 

So I'd like the femme fatale to be the hardest character to romance.

In real life I don't like hard to get, but this is a video game with were talking about a very silly trope here.
