Speaking about gameplay (about lore pretty sure Urthemiel, Hakkon or perhaps Corypheus would win) which is the boss who gave you more headaches and ragequits while trying to defeat it?

I personally have ended every Dragon Age on Nightmare, with almost every class, that exception is DA2 with a rogue, because my nominated, The mother fucker Ancient Rock Wraith is just too much for my crappy rogue, different from other bosses, whose difficulty often depends of my class, that bastard always puts a good fight regardless my class and my party, (as I stated before,my rogues didn't made it on Hard and Nightmare) I know that being the first boss and being unable to have a build as good as we can make for the others is something that gave it a big advantage and that many of you could see this dude harmless compared with the others, but he definitely is my nemesis on Dragon Age games.

Honorable mentions: Leopold & Prosper (mostly because they look too badass for Orlesians), Gaxkang and Hybris (this dude only because he has an unfair quantity of minions)

Dishonorable mentions: Zathrian (Witherfang always kicks his ass with little effort) Meredith (Up to eight dudes against her and she does little damage) and Fiona (Was that supposed to be a boss fight?)

So who you think was the hardest dude we've faced?

The golems of Amgarrak was a disco ball on nightmare, so i have to go for the harvester, though with a rouge warden the beast didn't last a second.

The Varterral on nightmare in Witch Hunt was a pain in the ass too.

Speaking from a first time through perspective, I remember the Jarvia fight being quite tough. Mook spam, party members who enjoy running over tripwires the whole time, and a cutscene door that makes it hard to use LOS favorably.

She also has a mountain of HP and yet extremely hard-hitting dual dagger attacks.

That being said, my second time through she was easy. Although nothing in RPG combat is that tough once you know how it works.

I think the Rock Wraith is the most annoying partly because it destroys you with tedium. You figure out how to cope with its various attacks but then you have to rinse and repeat seemingly endlessly in order to wear it down. I've been known to turn down the difficulty not  because I couldn't defeat it but because I couldn't be bothered to waste my time.

Queen of the Blackmarsh

She was a pain on my first ever attempt at her. At least until I stopped being stupid about how the fight works.

DAO: Branka, though mostly due to the support golems. The fight is manageable once you take down her helpers.

Honourable Mention: Kolgrim, though that was likely due to the poor set-up of my party.

DA2: Malvernis, who I initially gave up on defeating during my first playthrough of Legacy.

Honourable Mention: The two boss Revenants you face during the Arwegian Scrolls, Second Aspect. One boss Revenant is tough enough, but two? I basically had to cheat by distracting one Revenant with my dog while luring his friend up the path and into a trap.

DAI: Envy Demon. Due in no small part to the fact that you're fairly low level when you face him (or are supposed to be), Envy caused quite a few TPKs.

Honourable Mention: Aspect of Nightmare, who puts up a long, grueling fight.

I did this fight for the first time in a recent DA2 game. It ended up being just mageHawke and Fenris for nearly all of it since Varric and Carver were down and out within seconds of the first ghost goons showing up. I don't know that it was actually tougher than the Harvester though. The latter is tough just because you have horrible companions, and no matter how I [edit] re-spec them, they still suck. :P

I never had too much difficulty with the Harvester, though that was due to the fact that I played GoA after Awakening and was essentially unstoppable at that point.

Corypheus in Legacy was the hardest my ass ever got beaten in this series. Which is ironic in retrospect, considering Corypheus in Inquisition was such a cakewalk that I couldn't believe the game was over just like that.

The entirety of legacy was great.

Not sure about toughest boss.

Going to go with the Sky Horror of Mark of the Assassin.

Yeah, Sky Horror was very frustrating, though at the very least, you got some awesome loot for it. Personally, I'd go with the Harvester and Branka fights as the most frustrating for me, the former because there's pretty much no margin for error with it (especially if you're not playing as a mage), and the latter because of party composition (you have to bring Oghren and a lot of Shale's character development can happen here, so if you're playing as a Warrior yourself, you'll definitely find yourself lacking that vital balance).
