I'm creating NWN2 models in Blender - I just noticed they don't cast shadows ("cast no shadows" option is not selected). What the hell am I doing wrong?

with "cast no shadows" you mean the export option of the blender plugin, right? there's also a shadow casting option within the toolset under the blueprint's properties. perhaps the selected blueprint you used for testing the model got its shadows disabled.

The export script for Blender checks the shadow 'Receive' setting for the material and sets the option accordingly. If you click that on, it should export with shadows enabled.

I've just uploaded a model : look

You can clearly see in the pictures that the model casts no shadows - while the standard wing model does (3rd pic).

I ticked the "Receive" option it the material, but with no result.

OK, nevermind - it did work. Interesting thing, thou - I reexported the base model only and it worked for head, helm, gloves and belt models as well...

Thanks a lot rjshae ;)
