That would be both awesome and terrible.

 

Imagine you arrive there, with no way back home... and discover there is no Element Zero in the entire galaxy. Your biotics age and die, but their descendants still have the knowledge and over time develop a similiar talent through meditation. On the planet Tython. And then they found the Je'daii Order... ^^

We're in a new galaxy and you want to hunt for bounties? How is that supposed to work? Who exactly would you hunt and who would place the bounty in the first place? Some strange aliens?

It seems there are mercenaries that stole Krogan's ships.
So why not them?

Well, soon as a civilization is founded, there will be trouble. Probably won't be legal bounties, more like people who happen to have enough credits to pay for a death, so assassination.

 

I think official bounties will come as soon as a civilization is stable enough to operate. There probably won't be much in the way of policing for a while.

 

Guess it depends how established settlements are and how many parallels to the wild west they want. Wild West did have bounties in small settlements, or at lest in popular media.
