I couldn't see a multiplayer just normal question board or general tip/advice board sorry if I missed it brahz.

Anyway if I promote my keeper will I get +1 willpower to all characters or +1 willpower to all characters -that I currently have-? If I promote her now and get arcane warrior later will he have that +1 willpower?

It is account-wide. If you look at your stats bar in the character selection screen, you will notice the numbers stay the same regardless of what characters are chosen.
