Is there a place to look up the portraits you get from achievements? Really mostly curious where the one that's a skull with a red line across it.

And specifically, the portrait of the skull with the red stripe across the eyes is "Exterminator". You get it for performing 2,500 poison kills.

 

It... uh... it takes a long time. Or a loooot of Routine solos with a Hunter or Alchemist.

I can tell you the skull is from 2500 poison kills.
