Is there any attempt to fix the radon spawn locations of enemies from pull of the abyss ability and that annoying bug where if you die and get revived you only have one focus bar available (and tier 1 focus ability) till you reload your game?

Those issues aren't fixed yet.
There's no indication that they'll ever be fixed (I suspect they won't), but there's still at least one more patch coming.
If you drop a Static Cage (the ring is still broken in single-player AFAIK, so it lasts forever) on top of the Pull of the Abyss, it should usually catch any enemies that feel like warping to your face (or they'll get forcibly ejected and go flying off somewhere).

Thanks, have that issue since launch, just found odd that after so many patches they still happen
