I think the problem with the executioner being a one shot weapon is that it's not the only weapon to kill things with just 1 shot. And not the only pistol to kill with 1 shot either. :/

I think for me, the problem with the Executioner being a one-shot weapon is that it's a two-shot kill weapon. Most setups do not produce OSK with the Executioner, unless you're using it on an Infiltrator with Phasic Rounds (or maybe on a Biotic with Warp Rounds in some circumstances).

Thats why i (in the video) explain that a combination of pistol and power can be useful.
