I thought if you spec'ed a destroyer with magazine size in devastator mode plus magazine upgrade you'd get a clip size of 2? Was that nerfed?
Destroyer and executioner, where's the size 2 clips?

That cryo sleep must have knocked a few points off of my IQ. You have to actually turn on devastator mode to see the extra round.

You shouldn't even need the mag size perk on the destroyer. The base 20% (if you have D-mode) plus the 80% from the gun mod should take care of it. I have used it within the last 6 months so it surely hasn't been changed.
