What's happened to them?
No longer getting them drop duplicates beyond 255. Therefore, they will start filling out the ones under the 255 display limit.

One of the best changes ever. No more lyrium potions. No more health potions. All my other potions are skyrocketing towards the 255 mark as well now, it's great!
