Okay, since nobody is convinced, it originated with my Elder Scrolls character. I spent ages poring over the names of existing bretons trying to find something that would fit and didn't find anything that inspired me, so instead of trying to be lore-correct I figured I may as well choose something stupid instead. So Vometia, Terry Pratchett's minor goddess of drunken puking suggested itself. And people started calling me that too, so it kinda stuck.
I feel like my story should be more interesting and involve car chases and stuff. Actually my driving is a bit "fraught", but is also not really very relevant.

My real name is Kevin, but a few friends of mine started calling me Chevin due to a protagonist in a small play that was called that, which sounded funny and it quickly became my nickname.
Just changed the 'v' to a 'w' cause it looked cooler. Realized later that in doing so, other people on the internet pronounced it as "chewing", which made it more hilarious.

My first nickname on BSN was Suprez30. SUprez is an old nickname I used for a long time until my hotmail box was pirated.

Than I changed it to Fishy. One of my old nickname I used in MMORPG like DaoC was Fishu. I used to play MMORPG a lot back in the day. No ! Not for ''FISH'' ''YOU'' ... But for Fichu. Which mean in the french tongue .. You're done for. C'est fichu pour lui = It's over for him.
But of course everyone interpreted it badly. So everyone called me the fish or fishy.

In short it was me making a Halo reference and due to not having a full understanding of Latin at the time, it ended up being not "Gravemind", but meaning heavy or dark at heart.
So it makes my name sound really sappy when you read it "Heavyhearted"
But it has stuck so hard I can't change it really.
