Can you use your stored items with other playthroughs once you arrive and gain access to Skyhold storage?

Also, do crafted items have level restrictions when equipping a crafted stave, say item level 23, when you're at level 10? The reason I ask is that (I'm guessing) I'm about halfway through my first playthrough, and I'm trying to limit what I have stored to items I can quickly equip on a future Inquisitor.

On last thing. Can extra crafting materials such as Broken Philters, Assassin Weapons, and Essense Containment Apparatus be sold or will that affect the bonuses?

1. No. Every storage chest = 1 Inquisitor.

2. No, crafted items don't have a level restriction.

3. Once you crafted your spec item you can sell the rest of the items you have. Tho those items don't count to your item capacity and don't give much gold (only 3G for an Assassin weapon for example).

1) No. Separate playthroughs do not affect each other.

2) No. Crafted items have no level requirements.

3) Those items are used for unlocking a specialization. Depending on whether you're a rogue, mage or warrior, you may want to hold on to some of those; the rest can be sold.
