Then I reinstalled everything, from Steam to DA:O. To my unpleasant surprise,
all of my redeemed goods were nowhere to be seen: Warden's Keep, Blood Dragon
Armor, and The Stone Prisoner. I tried to put all the codes again and were not
allowed to do it: according to my Online Profile, those codes were already
redeemed and I can't get them again. I hope I won't have to pay again to get my
things.

What do I have to do to get everything back
again?

You shouldn't have to pay for them again, they are associated with your account, once you log into the game again, and get downloads working they should all come back. As its essentially a fresh install you should go through the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ to try and identify your problem and get downloads working again.

Thank you! There were other issues regarding this change to Windows 7, I'll reformat the PC and install it again. Then, I'll try to fix up my game through that other thread. Thanks again!
