I've gone through the library and the apartments (where you kill the Venitori), got the key from Morrigan and have been waiting for the second bell to ring. But it never has...and I know I'm not late because my approval rating has not gone down...is this a bug by chance?
Wicked Eyes Quest, Second Bell doesn't trigger.

I have always had to stand by the door to the ballroom, wait for the second bell then interact with the door and trigger the cutscene. Then I can proceed and get the extra approval for "fashionably late". At least this is how I remembered it.

Thank you for the quick reply, I did try that and even retraced my steps thinking I missed something I never did figure it out; but, looking at a walkthough I was able to make up the few points I was missing for the Belle of the Ball achievement and finish the quest. Thank you again though ^^
